Filter housing T-style for lenticular modules with a hygienic and sanitary design for liquids in F&B applications up to 8bar (116psi) @ 40°C (104°F).

High-quality raw materials (AISI 316L, 1.4404) and welds made with automatic and semi-automatic systems ensure high resistance to corrosion and wear.

Full traceability of materials is guaranteed and certified.

Key features

From 1 to 4 modules and with diameter of 12” or 16” with different types of socket connections (bayonet or flat gasket) and a wide range of in/out connections.
The crevice-free hygienic design and the surface finishing ensure enhanced cleanability.
PED 2014/68/EU, ATEX 2014/34/EU and food compatibility EC 1935/2004.
Working condition: 8bar@40°C / 4bar@150°C (116psi@104°F / 58psi@302°F).
Suitable for SIP and CIP [4bar (58psi)@80°C (176°F)].
The external finishing is mirror polished, while the internal one is mechanical polished with roughness Ra<0.8 µm (30 µin). Electropolishing is available upon request.
