We are looking for production workers with particular attention to TIG welding, preferably with previous consolidated experience in the role, good manual skills, ability to understand and read technical drawings, use of bench equipment, good will, precision and reliability . Coming from neighboring areas and being aged between 25-40 years are preferential.
As part of the company development plan we are looking for a Sales area manager to join our commercial team.
The person will report directly to the Sales Manager, will take care of the commercial activity in the assigned geographical areas of his/her competence, responding to customer requests and pursuing the company’s turnover and profitability objectives.
Each Area Manager has the objective of:
- guarantee an adequate exchange of information between the technical and commercial areas;
- ensure an excellent pre- and post-sales assistance service for customers that aims to ensure their maximum satisfaction;
- contribute to the growth of turnover, through the identification of new potential customers and the development of existing ones.
The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering or economics, has a fluent knowledge of English and preferably a second foreign language, is aged between 25 and 40, has excellent interpersonal skills , organizational and proactivity. You are available for travel and business trips both in Italy and abroad, which will represent approximately 25% of your working time. Coming from similar metalworking sectors is appreciated.
The proposed remuneration package will be commensurate with specific experience.
As part of the company development plan we are looking for a Junior buyer to join our operations team.
The person will report directly to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for carrying out the procurement of raw materials and components to ensure production continuity on the basis of production planning, expected bills of material and orders received. You will manage the purchase orders of all the material and services necessary for company management and external processing. You will have to monitor delivery deadlines and provide appropriate reminders, organize transport and collaborate in resolving administrative or quality-related issues.
The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, proactivity and problem solving skills. You are between 20 and 35 years old and know the English language; Previous experience in similar roles is a preferential requirement.
The proposed remuneration package will be commensurate with specific experience.
